Duties and responsibilities

-To plan, run and take possession of the consultant key components of allocation:
? prior planning and field work;
? Desk and field research;
? financial analysis;
Report ? writing;
Completion of allocation ?, archiving and presentation.
-To work efficiently with a very high level with minimal supervision / independently;
-To control the client and customer relations for contact during the life of an assignment;
-To plan, apply, and manage the entry of senior management, as required by the assignment;
-Contribute to the development of Christie + Co consulting International Hotel operational procedures and practices
-Introduce Christie + Co as a professional organization with the highest standards of excellence and client.
-To develop relationships with existing and new customers and potential customers;
-To assist in the sale of the consulting work and sell directly consulting work.
-Encourage other areas of activity with Christie + Co and Christie Group plc.
-To train and develop members of the Hotel consulting, VS and other groups of Christie + Co's offices several United Kingdom and Europe.

Technical knowledge and experience - essential / desirable

-Computing - MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint (essential)
-Experience with relational databases such as MS Access (desirable)
-Knowledge of other European languages:
? English essential
? Finnish desirable
? Desirable of the Baltic / Russian / Swedish
-International experience (desirable)
-Professional experience in a hotel (highly desirable) operating environment
(ideally in Administration - Office of revenue management, marketing, finance)
-+ 2 years of professional experience as consultant hotel or analyst (desirable)
(hospitality consulting, hotel development, management of assets, investments, loans)

Purpose of the function

To carry out consulting hotel work in regions of the Baltic States, Russia and Scandinavia.

To develop relationships with customers and promote Christie + International Hotel consultancy Co, valuation (VS), agency of Hotel and other services. To generate new business and new customer contacts as appropriate.

Working together with Hotel consultants and experts in our international offices (London, Paris, Munich, Barcelona, Dublin, Vienna and Warsaw offices) and, as appropriate, with members of the Agency in all of Europe.
